As one who has worked in media my entire life, it would be disingenuous to slap a "ALL RIGHTS RESERVED" and call it a day. As any media professional who's trying not to get sued knows, copyright law is a lot more finicky than that. Especially, media, for example. There's not words on the page. There's the layout of the words on the page. There's not just the layout of the page. There's also illustrations on the page or perhaps photographs. Those all have different copyright statuses, depending on who created it under what terms and when and why and how. Sometimes, even what's in that illustration is covered by some different kind of copyright. Needless to say, I'm not slapping a "all right reserved" on it calling it a day.
But first, I shall slap an "all rights reserved on it." Thus, unless otherwise explicitly stated, no part of this website may be used in anyway, without permission by the copyright holder, whoever that may be. If it is not stated who the copper rate holder is on the page in which something appears, I am the copyright holder, and therefore it is copyright—

However, I really don't mind if people use a lot of my work. In fact, I have dedicated many things I've created—photos, words, etc— into the public domain. And I will do so here as well. I will also license as much as I can under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International license, otherwise known CC BY-NC-ND 4.0.
